Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships. It is a way of approaching your life more consciously, intentionally, and deliberately. By examining thoughts, feelings and behavior and the way these three important pieces interact, therapy allows you to learn more about yourself and the way you approach the world, particularly in relationship to others.
